Research Ideas: Start by exploring ideas from sources such as magazines, websites, or well-known jewelry collections. We will sketch your requirements based on your preferences.
Deposit 40% of the order value.
Create Design: Callie will create a detailed 3D drawing based on your requirements.
Finalize the 3D design and begin production.

Things to Note When Ordering Custom Rings

Once the 3D model is finalized, it cannot be changed to a different design.
After Callie sends the 3D design, you can make up to 3 revisions to the drawing without changing the product’s structure. After the 4th revision, a fee of 50,000 VND per revision will be applied.
After the design is finalized, no further changes can be made to the product. If you decide not to proceed with production or want to change the design after the 3D design has been finalized and production has started, we regret that the deposit will not be refunded.
